Grants & Contracts from cradle to grave. Individuals seeking/maintaining Principal Investigator status at UNM must complete this training every 3 years.

Research Ethics Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Certification

Every UNM researcher who is a student, graduate student, or post-doc supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institutes of Health (NIH), or the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) must become certified in the responsible conduct of research (RCR) within one year of the award. Research ethics education and certification is a regular offering every semester and during intersessions.  Customized opportunities are also available for faculty and researchers to be involved with this certification requirement. Certification is offered through the Academic Integrity & Research Ethics program

NIH Financial Conflicts of Interest Training

Required for individuals involved in PHS/NIH funds sponsored projects at UNM.

This course covers biosafety basics when working at Biosafety Level 1 & 2.
